YOUR TASKS
- Create product and supplier data models
- Implement data management tools
- Ensure and monitor master data quality
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment
- Manage supplier master data on a global level
- Create new central material and supplier master data in relevant systems
- Create new articles (or request them in coordination with IT)
- Closely collaborate with Product Management, S&OP, Sourcing, and Replenishment
- Participate in global projects related to master data management and improvement
- Assist in resolving data integration issues as requested by data owners (business)
- Authorize changes on main master data in relevant systems (for material and supplier)
- Change material status in relevant systems (e.g., activate / deactivate)
- Update purchase prices in info records and / or create new info records
- Change master data in relevant systems based on article master request XLS sheet
- Actively promote the implementation of a new global matrix organization, establish cross-functional ties
