For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Software Architect IT-Healthcare (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

Our partner is a manufacturer of clinical software solutions that are used in hospitals, among other places.

As a Solution Architect , you will act as the main person responsible for the further development of the software portfolio and will also be involved in direct customer consulting . You are also the interface between the distributed development teams and are the direct sparring partner of the Head of Development.

In this role you can work 100% from your home office , you will only have to travel a few days a year for important customer appointments and internal strategic meetings.

Your tasks

Advising customers on the company's clinical software products and working directly with product management and software developers to optimize the software

Main responsibility for the development of the architecture and overall management of software implementation and maintenance

Ongoing analysis of existing systems and architectures to identify weaknesses and optimization opportunities

Ensuring a high level of quality management as part of release management

Design and development of new software products and further development of the product portfolio

Your profile

Experience in the development of enterprise applications with Java

Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies : RESTful, SOAP, Spring Framework, SpringBoot or ORM tools such as Hibernate

Deep understanding of microservices architectures and container-based deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Experience in the development of clinical / medical software solutions

Knowledge of web development (JavaScript, React, Angular) and database management systems (e.g. MongoDB) is also desirable

Experience in working with distributed teams that work according to agile methods (e.g. Scrum)

Very good written and spoken German skills
