Looking to make a meaningful impact in security operations Join us as a Security Coordinator (f / m / d) where youll play a pivotal role in implementing and enforcing local security processes in line with both regulatory requirements and internal standards.

As a Security Coordinator (f / m / d) youll support the Security Manager with the daytoday operational activities to ensurethatsecuritysystemsarefunctioningcorrectlyandprovidesupportto external service providers supports Global compliance programs and ensure the successful performance of internal and external audit controls. You ensure thattrainingisundertakenbyinternalandexternal(securityserviceprovider) staff conductssecurityauditsandinspectionsalsosupportsondemandauditsand inspections. You supportsitevisitsandmakesurethatthesecuritystandardsare respected as well as you manageaccessrightsforexternal visitors and createregularreportsfortheOperationsdepartmentsandcustomers.

What youll need

• HighereducationwithaprofessionalqualificationsntheareaofRiskmanagementSecurity management or within a comparable relevant field
• Minimum25yearsofrelevantexperiencefromaSecurity department
• Intermediatelevelexperiencewithsecuritysystemsandprocesses
• Intermediatelevelexperiencewithmechanicalandelectricalaccesscontrolsystemsimplementation and management
• Intermediatelevelexperienceinmanagingsecuritytestsemergencydrillsandsecuritytrainings.
• FamiliarwithDCOperationsandsecurityprocesses
• Abletoidentifysecurityand / orBCMrisksandsuggestsolutions.
• Advancedknowledgeinthefieldofsecuritymanagement
• German and Englishfluent
