Your mission

  • Lead the end-to-end hardware product realization process from concept to mass production
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with product vision, specifications, quality standards, budget and timeline in any project phase
  • Report progress and risks to management and other stakeholders
  • Ensure to identify, assess, mitigate and solve potential risks
  • Plan and execute prototyping, initial production batches and product piloting with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations teams
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new hardware products and feature enhancements

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in technical project management or product management roles
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers is preferred
  • English language skills (C1), additional German skills are preferred
