Workplace Solution Architect- Microsoft 365

Role Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Provide recommendations for optimising existing technologies or adopting new ones.
- Design high-level architecture blueprints using existing tools and resources.
- Confidently plan, budget, and manage projects within an agile framework.
- Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Actively support presales and sales efforts, including participation in proposal preparation.
- Manage customer interfaces through sub-project management, often on-site.
Your Profile :
- Experience in workplace transformation and deployment projects, as well as client architectures.
- Proven experience as a lead architect, ideally with project and people management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including cloud and hybrid scenarios.
- Proficient in Windows 10 upgrades and integrating Office 365 or other cloud solutions in desktop environments.
- Familiarity with SCCM, desktop management tools, desktop encryption, security products, and packaging tools.
- Experience in creating and editing RFP / RFI / RFT documents.
- A passion for new challenges, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel where required.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level for both).
