To join our growing team and play a crucial part in our hypergrowth phase we are looking for an M&A Analyst (f / m / d) based in Berlin.

Your responsibilities :

• Qualify promising M&A targets
• Underwriting and financial modeling of acquisitions
• Support the M&A team in the end-to-end due diligence of targets
• Prepare underwriting documentation for the CEO and board
• Work closely with the head of M&A on every deal
