ON Group and driving forward major multi-regional projects. It also supports the Group's regional subsidiaries with their green gas projects in overarching areas such as public funding, regulation and technical blueprints.
Your Tasks
- Serve as Single Point of Contact for complex Hydrogen / Ammonia projects in the Supply Chain.
- Plan and execute procurement activities involving various stakeholders such as equipment suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain the Procurement Plan, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Manage RFIs, RFQs, and contract negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical and commercial clarification meetings and document outcomes.
- Mitigate procurement / project risks and implement corrective measures post-contract signature.
- Functional reporting line to the responsible International Category Leader (International Product Group Manager).
- Contribute to commercial design reviews and negotiate supply contracts for large-scale projects.
Your Profile
- Completion of relevant university studies (Master’s degree / Diploma) with an excellent result
- Several years of project procurement experience preferably in Energy generation / Industrial gases / Power to Gas / Chemical / Process facilities / Industrial complex systems / equipment.
- Advanced know-how in Technical / Contractual clauses / fundamentals for above mentioned contracts.
- Application experience of efficient purchasing processes, structures and analysis tools
- Experience in working in cross-location and international teams
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills combined with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic, practice-oriented approach
- Knowledge of e-tools for purchasing in the areas of : SRM, eSourcing and eAuctions
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Fluent in Business German and English.
