Working Student Data Scientist in Healthcare (fmd)

Your responsibilities will include

• Development of R Shiny Apps for various data science applications in healthcare
• Hands-on data processing and analysis of high-dimensional clinical data (e.g. biomarkers gene expression)
• Support in Data Science projects as well as (non-)clinical development in all study phases
• Identification of subgroups e.g. by using cluster analysis or principal component analysis
• Statistical programming and development of reusable programs (e.g. functions marcros) data visualization and output generation
• Development of R packages e.g. subgroup analysis or cutoff determination
