Your tasks
Define solutions for used systems in Spare Part Management and E2E Process Trade and Transport (especially in SAP S / 4HANA)
Analyze, identify and document business-process and technical requirements
Recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines
Discuss and agree on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Architect and implementation partner
Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations
Ensure 3rd level support provided by the implementation partner
Your profile
Multiple years practical professional experience with ERP systems in international environment
Know How in SAP S / 4
Excellent communication experience
English and German proficiency if located in Germany, English proficiency if located outside of Germany
