The SME Material Characterization (all genders) is working in the field of pharmaceutical development of oral solid dosage forms and is accountable to identify, evaluate, build up and successfully apply material characterization technologies in the context of processability assessments to advance our Healthcare pipeline. The activities range from assisting early-stage particle engineering activities to supporting late-stage scale-up and troubleshooting in commercial scale. 2 years industry experience in drug product development with a focus on material characterization and / or solid-state propertiesPhD in pharmaceutical technologyExperience in analytical method development for descriptors of powder processability in the context of pharmaceutical developmentComprehensive expertise on manufacturing processes of oral solid dosage formsProfound knowledge in statistical data analysis, especially in multivariate data analysisExperience in process modeling and simulation in the context of material properties (e.g. material calibration) Programing skills (e.g. Python)Excellent presentation skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire for complex scientific topics
