Fund Compliance Officer
Seeking a Fund Compliance Officer to join our client's team. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on new client structures, managing daily compliance operations, screening clients against sanction lists, and collaborating with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor-Master's degree in finance or law, at least 2 years of fund compliance experience in Luxembourg, and knowledge of AIFMD and CSSF Circulars.
Excellent organizational skills and fluency in French and English are required. This position offers a permanent contract.

Description
- Conduct due diligence of new client structures during on-boarding and respond to Transfer Agent requests for due diligence on investors ;
- Manage daily Fund Compliance operations to ensure accurate reports are produced, address issues promptly, review breaches and impact calculations, and prepare / review management reports ;
- Screen clients, investors, and related parties against sanction and PEP lists on a daily basis, and follow up and escalate as necessary ;
- Evaluate Transaction Monitoring reports provided by the Transfer Agent ;
- Perform annual reviews of PEP register and High-Risk clients and investors ;
- Address inquiries from Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) ;
- Review account opening documentation and update Client information in the system ;
- Assist the Compliance Director in responding to due diligence requests from Internal and External Audit processes ;
- Collaborate with the first line of defense, participate in meetings, and conduct due diligence activities ;
- Handle client issues and queries promptly and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of client reports ;
- Report issues to the Compliance Director.
Profile
- A Bachelor - Master degree in finance or law ;
- At least 2 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg; Mandatory ;
- Knowledge of the AIFMD and CSSF Circulars related to compliance ;
- Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines and to keep well-documented records ;
- Fluent in French and English.
