For our client , a fast growing robotics company near Munich (round 40 minutes driving distance from Munich ) ,we are looking for a Regional sales Manager (full-time job) (Most time Home Office possible)
Qualifications and knowledge :
- Studies of business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automatization alternatively appropriate vocational training with working experience >
5 years experience in outside sales, preferably with distributors
Previous experience in industrial automation, solution / project sales involving technical productsStrong sense of understanding of the value proposition to end-usersBusiness acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical supportAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written in German and English language, other languages could be an advantageKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365Duties and responsibilities :
Development and Implementation of a regional sales strategyResponsible for sales goals and quotes in assigned territoryHunt for new sales opportunities and once qualified / validated introduce them to the local robot distributorsDrive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual targetDevelop countermeasures to get back to budget if behindManage opportunity funnel, forecasting and action plansCanvas, initiate, qualify sales leads, and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel with distributorsParticipate in joint visits with distributor’s sales reps to end-users and integratorsRepresent company at tradeshows and other professional activitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace.Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.What could be offered
