Moreover, our strong foothold in the Virtual Reality (VR) domain highlights PLAION’s commitment to varied innovative gaming experiences.We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Paid Media Manager (all genders) to lead our paid media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background who can leverage advanced tools and techniques to maximize ROI and support business growth.This position can also be filled remotely, especially in Spain, France and the UK.
Your Tasks
- You develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic platforms to achieve client business objectives
- You analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and provide actionable insights. You also continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A / B testing and experimentation
- You own and optimize budgets, bidding strategies and performance to maximize return on ad spend
- You work closely with creative, product and account teams to align campaigns with overall brand messaging and ensure cohesive execution
- You present performance insights, strategy recommendations and reports to clients and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of value and outcomes
- You stay updated on the latest media trends, AI / ML techniques for campaign optimization, and competitive activities to keep our strategies cutting-edge
- You mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, strategic thinking and continuous improvement
Your Profile
