What youll do

Join platform engineering at SAP LeanIX as Senior Backend Engineer . Our mission : deliver highly reliable performant and modern platform services as foundation for all product teams.

The role :

• Take ownership for our platform services around user & tenant management authentication and authorization
• Architect and evolve the services to meet global scale and strict performance targets (high throughput low latency fault tolerance).
• Build robust scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs.
• Design and implement secure standards-compliant identity provisioning auth flows and access controls that support multi-tenant needs.
• Make observability a first-class feature : implement metrics distributed tracing SLOs / SLIs and actionable alerts so issues are detected and resolved quickly.

Youll join Atlas a cross-functional team of Front- and Back-End Engineers an Engineering Manager a Product Manager and a UX Designer. Atlas owns foundational platform domains used across the LeanIX product (tenant & user lifecycle / management authentication and authorization). Your work will shape the baseline for all product teams : designing secure reliable and scalable services that other teams depend on.
