StellenbeschreibungYou have proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on embedded systems. You possess strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and are familiar with both white box and black box testing. You can write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases with ease. You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools and are comfortable using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). You are proficient with Windows and Linux command-line interfaces and have experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments. While not mandatory, C / C++ experience is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus. ISTQB® or similar certifications are welcome. Join us at Utimaco GmbH as a QA Engineer and take the lead in ensuring the highest quality of our innovative products!
- As our QA Engineer (m / f / d), you will review requirements, specifications, and technical documents, offering clear, actionable feedback.
- You will develop, prioritize, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, incorporating automation to enhance product quality.
- You will document test results, analyze findings, and recommend improvements to boost software reliability.
- You will manage and coordinate testing activities across projects, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- You will track, document, and verify bug fixes through detailed regression testing alongside the development team.
- You will mentor junior QA engineers and guide product teams in adopting QA best practices, fostering a strong quality-focused culture.
