Business Development Manager

  • Location - Germany (Remote but with occasional travel)

We’ve partnered with a Cyber Security scale up, who are one of the leaders in Cyber Security Awareness solutions. They are looking for a Business Development Manager in Germany to build and grow their presence in the DACH region.

The client already have a healthy presence in the UK market, alongside one other European country. This is courtesy of their SaaS product, and various other Cyber Security based solutions which have proven to be a huge success in multiple industries with firms of all sizes!

This role will be a first Sales boot on the ground hire in the DACH region, a fully new business hunting role, handling the full 360 sales cycle from Lead Generation to closing business and onboarding clients, before passing on the account. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven individual who is looking to take the next step in their career in sales with a company that provides revolutionary services within a growing industry and a company that provides fast career progression into a Management position in the future.

A successful candidate will have at least three years' experience in Cyber Security Sales.

The Business Development Manager will :

  • Manage the Full 360 sales process
  • Constantly hit and over-achieve targets
  • Market mapping and competitive analysis
  • Identify & Qualify client needs & challenges
  • Build relationships with potential customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Required skills and experience :

  • A minimum of two years closing experience in Cyber Security Sales
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS Industry, selling in the form of a subscription based model
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish
