What awaits you?

• You develop, train, validate, and optimize AI / ML models for production-grade automotive use cases – from initial prototype to long-term operation.
• You work hands-on with large-scale, heterogeneous engineering, vehicle, and business data, transforming it into high-performing models.
• You take responsibility for model performance, robustness, explainability, and lifecycle management in real business environments.
• You deploy models into productive systems, monitor their behavior, and continuously improve them based on real-world feedback.
• You collaborate closely with data stewards, platform engineers, and architects to ensure scalable and compliant AI solutions.
• You actively contribute to lighthouse use cases and help establish best practices for industrial-grade AI development at BMW.
