Your role

In this role, you are a key part of our HR team and ensure that payroll processes run smoothly and reliably. You work closely with various departments, making sure all data is accurately maintained and processes are continuously improved. In doing so, you play an essential role in contributing to employee satisfaction.

This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).

Your area of responsibility

• You work closely with the admin and payroll teams to prepare, follow up, and process the monthly payroll
• You review payroll data for accuracy and proactively clarify any individual questions with employees
• You are responsible for submitting payroll-relevant data to the payroll team and finance department
• Maintaining and ensuring the quality of employee master and transaction data in our HR systems (Workday, 3010) is part of your duties
• Additionally, you create reports and perform reconciliations of health insurance accounts
• As the first point of contact for employees, authorities, and social security agencies, you provide advice on payroll-related topics
