RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and medical specialists in the diabetes field
- Full revenue responsibility for assigned accounts and achievement of agreed sales targets
- Identify and acquire new strategic B2B customers while managing and expanding existing key accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct market analyses and monitor competition to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and training events
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management (matrix structure), and Customer Service to ensure optimal customer experience
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :
Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable qualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the healthcare sector or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of diabetes-related products, services, and reimbursement systemsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional demeanorStrong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnershipsWillingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environmentFluency in German and good command of English (spoken and written)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Solid understanding of the diabetes and chronic disease market landscapeProficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS OfficeStrong planning, analytical, and sales management skillsTeam-oriented mindset combined with self-motivation and excellent organizational abilitiesConfident communication with decision-makers at all levelsWillingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-changing market environmentRegular
