Head of OT Security

Your Role :

  • Spearheading the development and optimization of control programs for production plants and machines.
  • Enhancing and adapting existing programs to support new product lines, improve production efficiency, and maximize equipment availability.
  • Conducting thorough testing, commissioning, and documentation to ensure flawless program functionality.
  • Designing and developing intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) or SCADA systems for seamless visualization of production processes.
  • Establishing and overseeing robust OT security measures, including network segmentation and access control.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal corporate standards and industry regulations in OT security.
  • Collaborating with the IT department to coordinate security measures, including timely updates and patch management for control systems.

    • Your Profile :

  • A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent vocational training with relevant advanced certifications.
  • Proven expertise in OT management, particularly in PLC programming and process visualization (HMI / SCADA).
  • Hands-on experience with PLC systems such as Siemens S7, Rockwell, Beckhoff, or Mitsubishi, and proficiency in visualization tools like WinCC, Wonderware, or Ignition.
  • Solid knowledge of OT security, including industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443) and practical experience with network segmentation and access control in industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP / IP) and related IT principles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
