Our client, a leading organisation in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support their site near Bielefeld, Germany. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated recruitment team and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives for a high-impact production location.

About the Role

In this strategic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing all recruitment and employer branding activities at the site. You will lead a small team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the local Talent Acquisition team
• Develop and implement recruitment and employer branding strategies for the site
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including close collaboration with the works council
• Optimise processes, tools and candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Monitor and report key recruiting metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Act as the interface to the global Talent Acquisition organisation
• Ensure consistent use and compliance within the ATS and related recruiting tools
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and represent the company at recruiting events
