Our client, an industry leader in delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions, is seeking a customer-focused Support Agent with ABAP development expertise to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product. This role is vital in ensuring seamless client operations and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support, focusing on ABAP configurations, customizations, and issue resolution.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ABAP-related technical problems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to address root causes and enhance the product experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement in support processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze support data to optimize workflows and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Experience / Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or ABAP development.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, debugging, and performance optimization, with a solid understanding of SAP integrations and customizations.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and enterprise-grade software support.
  • Advanced certification in ABAP or related SAP technologies (a plus).
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies or technical documentation development.
