About the Role

As Growth Manager youll wear multiple hats: strategy-planner operations executor data-driven analyst. Youll help build and lead initiatives across the DACH region ensuring processes are efficient scalable and aligned with growth goals. What You Will Do

• Design and implement growth strategies tailored to the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland)
• Analyze regional market data and key performance indicators to identify trends opportunities and risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations sales marketing product and logistics teams to align execution with strategic goals
• Lead process improvement and operational efficiency projects to support scalability and market expansion
• Manage project planning timelines and deliverables from ideation to execution
• Coordinate launches or adaptations of services/products for DACH markets
• Monitor report and iterate on growth metrics ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation

What You Bring

• Strong background in strategy operations management or business development ideally with experience in DACH markets
• Sharp analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data and KPIs

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities

• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

• Proactive resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving international environment
