Remuneration : Base salary + 5,000 Welcome Bonus after 3 months!

Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Refinement : Research, write, and edit short AI prompts that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brands voice.

Conversational Flow Development : Design logical and natural conversation flows to enhance AI-generated interactions.

AI Enhancement : Contribute to improving our speech system by creating diverse dialogues , including on sensitive or complex topics .

Quality Control & Analysis : Review and assess written content to ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and relevance while maintaining style standards.

Idea Generation : Develop creative prompts and evaluate responses to improve overall engagement and user experience.

Brand Consistency : Ensure the tone and messaging resonate with the target audience and align with the companys brand identity.

Requirements

Language Proficiency : Native or fluent in Japanese (C1 level) and strong English (B2 level) skills, EU nationals or German work permit holders only.

Writing & Editing Skills : Exceptional command of grammar, style, and language , ensuring clear, engaging, and high-quality content.

Creative Thinking : Ability to craft unique, engaging prompts and conversation scenarios to enhance AI interactions.

Analytical Skills : Comfortable analyzing user feedback and data to refine prompts and improve conversational flow.

Independence & Initiative : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Communication & Adaptability : Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.

Comfort with Sensitive Topics : Willingness to engage with challenging or sensitive content when needed.
