Who we are looking for...

You are a passionate host and approach our international guests with warmth openness and professionalism to make their stay something special. You know exactly how to lead and motivate a team on shift keep an overview even in complex situations and always find a solution. Whether during daytime service or late-night hours you oversee the bar area support your team and bring innovative on-trend ideas in beverage service into practice.

What your responsibilities are...

• You manage the operational aspects of your shift (early or late shift)

• You never lose sight of the big picture when things get busy and can properly guide and deploy your team

• You successfully put creative and innovative F&B concepts into action. Perhaps you also have your own ideas that you would like to contribute to

• You communicate clearly with your superiors and other departments and you are a real team player.

• You enjoy passing your extensive knowledge on to the team and especially to the trainees.

• You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.

What we want from you....

• You have at least 2 years of sound professional experience in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry

• You have already gained some experience in leading and motivating employees

• You are a hands-on person and implement new trends with great creativity

• Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do

• You are a communication talent with good German and English skills

• You are an organizational talent and do not lose track of things

• Your winning appearance your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality

• Your guest orientation and willingness to perform inspire the team

• Your enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with the team and trainees is contagious!
