Internal Auditor

Job Description :

As an Internal Auditor for a large chemical company, you will work domestically and internationally. When working locally you will report to the Managing Director of Europe, when working Globally you will be known as the Regional Head of Internal Auditing, reporting to the General Manager for global corporate auditing.

Holds a completed master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Auditing or a relatable.

Willing to travel up to 80% of the time, realistically, 20-40%.

Experienced in audit processes with 5 years of professional experience in internal or external auditing.

Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Has experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of internal control systems.

Knowledge of testing methods such as COSO and COBIT as examples.

Prior experience with legal requirements such as J-SOX, GDPR.

Possess language skills in both German and English – fluent, and an understanding of French or Spanish would be of an advantage but not necessary.
