Analyst FP&A (mfd)

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our fast-growing SaaS business. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning forecasting and performance analysis with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel scalable growth.

Your tasks :

• Support the financial planning process including annual budgets quarterly forecasts and long-range strategic plans tailored to a SaaS business model
• Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics such as ARR / MRR CAC CLTV churn net retention and payback periods
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning pricing strategies and go-to-market investments
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business objectives
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis executive dashboards and actionable insights
• Support Board and investor reporting including preparation of presentations and financial narratives
• Support automation and improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g. Solution 7 Salesforce and NetSuite)
