We are looking for you to lead various commercial financial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company.

Tasks

• Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >1M revenue and beyond
• Manage a network of contacts customers and partners from lead to contract to alliance
• Develop strategy to expand to new products segments and markets including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
• Spend time on the road at customers conduct tasting represent us at events and work strategically in the office (50/50 in the beginning transitioning to more time on the road towards the end of the year)
• Be responsible for all communications incl. press linkedin instagram and customer-facing documents

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ideally Bachelors degree in business economics or related
• 1-3 years of previous work experience in business development or sales - in the food sector is a strong plus
• A track record of selling successfully
• Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
• Fluency in German and English
