Project Planner

Germany

  • Support development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule in Primavera P6
  • Create and manage detailed discipline-level or work package schedules as required (CSA, MEP, commissioning, etc.)
  • Load and maintain progress, actuals, quantities, and durations on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate with Package Managers / subcontractors to obtain, review, and integrate their programme updates
  • Highlight schedule variances and assist with delay analysis, recovery planning, and reforecasting

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6, including schedule updates and basic reporting
  • Familiarity with cost and quantity loading to P6 Schedule, and integration with BOQs or budget forecasts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for supporting calculations, dashboards, and report formatting
  • Familiar with digital project management tools (e.g., ACC / BIM 360, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • 4+ years of experience in construction planning or scheduling
  • Experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure
  • Understanding of construction sequencing, particularly MEP, commissioning, and interface-intensive scopes

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Primavera P6 training or certification (desirable)
  • Familiarity with standard forms of contract (NEC / FIDIC) is a plus
