As an experienced Product Manager, you will be leading a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists and business analysts, as well as collaborate with other product teams to improve the user experience of their platform. You will need to be comfortable with technology and have an analytical and curious mindset. Gathering user feedback and using data for product improvement for users is vital and will have a significant impact on the business.

Here are a few requirements for the Product Manager role :

• Several years of experience in product management of consumer-facing products released through AB testing.
• Experience working on a B2C product and or at a consumer website.
• Knowledge in software development cycle.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for improving user customer needs and interest in technology.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of individuals while inspiring progress among them.
• Experience in using Agile methodology and work well in a cross functional and fast, paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A university degree in economic computer science, computer science, business administration or related fields.
