Senior Product Analyst
Reload is partnered with a global Retail giant who is on the lookout for a 'Senior Product Analyst' as they grow out their Data function.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with the analytics and digital product teams to help provide high level actionable insights and recommendations through the vast amount of real time data you will be provided.

This role will start as an Individual Contributor, however if you have ambition to move into management there is clear career progression ladder that will be discussed with you throughout the process and begin from day 1.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with your team to design, develop, and enhance insights products for our customers.
- Partner with analytics engineers to create and refine data models according to product requirements.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of analytics projects : from comprehending user needs and product context, formulating hypotheses and strategies, to retrieving, processing, and visualizing data, ensuring it conveys a clear narrative.
- Collaborate with engineers to establish and optimize tracking methods for user and customer interactions with our products.
What you'll bring
- Over 7 years of experience as a product analyst; if less, must have experience in building customer-facing data products from the ground up.
- Proficient in data modeling.
- Skilled in SQL, familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git), and have a basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
- Extensive experience in data visualization and using tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experienced in defining requirements and implementing event tracking.
- Strong product intuition and empathetic understanding of customer and user needs.
- Proven experience in leading medium-sized technical projects with a 3-9 month timeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
