They are seeking an SAP Functional Consultant (SAP S / 4 HANA Public Cloud) specialising in Order to Cash (O2C) processes to join our team.

Role Overview :

As the SAP O2C Consultant, you will act as the subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and optimising solutions focused on sales and distribution processes, pricing models, and related integrations.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with sales and logistics teams to align business requirements with SAP S / 4 HANA Public Cloud solutions and other relevant systems.
• Lead workshops to analyse business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Configure SAP modules, test customisations, and resolve any system issues during implementation.
• Design process roadmaps and solutions to ensure efficient order management, billing, pricing, and customer fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver scalable and high-performing SAP solutions.

Technical Skills and Competencies :

• At least five years of experience working in a functional SAP role.
• Strong expertise in SAP S / 4 HANA, particularly the SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, system design, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Proficiency in core processes such as sales order management, pricing, billing, order fulfilment, and returns handling.
• Familiarity with ATP (Available-to-Promise), credit management, settlement processes, and advanced return management.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as DevOps or SAFe is an advantage.
