Location : NRW (remote)

SciNova are exclusively partnered with an international Class III implantable Medical Device organisation who have pioneered an innovative and sustainable bio-mesh product used for soft tissue surgical procedures. Our client is searching for an experienced sales professional to gain customer and product adoption at hospitals across NRW. You will have a strong understand of physiology and the human anatomy, as well as experience in networking with surgeons and senior healthcare professionals.

Role responsibilities :

  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Southern Germany targeting hospitals and specialist surgical centres.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL's including surgeons (main target) nurses and hospital administrators.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and work with the marketing team to best position my clients product portfolio.

Role requirements :

  • Studied or trained to be a nurse / Krankenpfleger with OR experience would be highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experienced in hunting and winning new business by implementing tailored business development strategies.
  • Experienced selling surgical products (implantable devices seen as advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when holding discussing with general and / or plastic surgeons.
  • Located in NRW with ability to travel.
  • Fluent German and English.
