(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) Brachytherapy Applicators - Haan
Description
- You develop specific product roadmaps and activities for our Brachy Applicator Portfolio to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive area.
- You develop business plans, pricing, and product positioning in the marketplace.
- You oversee market research, monitors competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
- You conduct and document validations and support usability studies.
- You participate in complaint management and risk management.
- You work closely together with engineering and manufacturing and create project documentation.
- You collaborate with marketing and sales to support them in effective product placement.
- You demo products at trade shows and customer meetings.
- You support 3rd Party validations and price book activities.
Job Requirements
- University Degree ideally in Medical Physics, Dosimetry or Radiation Therapy, Industrial Engineering preferred
- 8 years professional experience in a Product focused position, ideally within a matrix-organization
- Experience with global regulatory submissions, including CE Mark, ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines is desired
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a goal and result driven personality
- Strong project management experience and organizational skills combined with a very structured and analytical way of working
- International interactions may require variable working hours
- Excellent / fluent verbal and written English language skills, fluency in German is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Capable for international and domestic travel (10-20%)
