We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee customer-specific projects within our project house. This role focuses on the development of advanced soldier systems and communication technologies, with a strong emphasis on digitization and system responsibility. As a key member of our team, you will manage turnkey systems tailored to customer requirements and ensure high-quality technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate the development of customer-specific projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Take responsibility for system and technical management while collaborating closely with project teams.
Develop and document system specifications using requirements engineering methodologies and tools (e.g., DOORS).
Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Address new challenges that arise from project-specific requirements and technological advancements.
Create a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements :

Strong technical experience in at least one of the following areas : systems engineering, software engineering, requirements engineering, hardware engineering, safety engineering, or mechatronic engineering.

Familiarity with relevant standards and protocols such as ISO 26262 and CAN bus is advantageous.

Proficiency in requirements engineering tools like DOORS is a plus.

Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., C++, Python, Java) is essential.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to unite teams and foster collaboration.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing new and complex challenges.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.

Willingness to relocate to Bremen if necessary.

Basic willingness to travel worldwide (frequency and duration depend on the project phase).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in digitization initiatives and the development of turnkey systems.

Background in managing customer-specific technical projects.
