Junior Compliance Officer

Main Responsibilities :

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s internal compliance framework in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Support in the performance of client onboarding (KYC / AML) procedures, including risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
• Contribute to the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls.
• Support the Compliance Officer(s) in preparing reports to management or regulatory bodies.
• Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to a culture of compliance awareness across departments.
