You will be responsible for refining and optimizing our Social Media Management service, fostering strong client relationships, and driving high-performance results across teams in Germany, Italy, and beyond. Tasks You oversee and mentor a team of 10+ Social Media Managers across different regions, fostering a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, and providing continuous development opportunities You optimize and innovate our Social Media Management service by leveraging the latest tools, AI technologies, and engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends You act as the primary strategic partner for Tier A clients, ensuring campaign success, leading presentations, and maintaining high client satisfaction You oversee all social media deliverables, ensuring content, campaigns, and strategies meet Pulse Advertising’s high standards while maintaining efficiency and adherence to scope and deadlines You align and coordinate teams across Germany, Italy, and other key markets, ensuring a unified global approach while tailoring strategies to local market needs.
