VP of Operations

Location : Aachen, Germany. On-site.

Contract : Permanent, full-time.

Salary Range : Competitive package including significant equity.

Company Overview : iO Associates has partnered with an innovative scale-up, specialised in the development of special purpose manufacturing process machinery. The company are seeking a VP of Operations to join the team and lead the scaling of production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the development of corporate strategy and organisational growth.
  • Establish and scale the operations departments, with an initial focus on building production capacity of manufacturing machinery.
  • Oversee the selection of partners and suppliers.
  • Define and implement processes for production / project management.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experience in machinery manufacturing.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage partners and suppliers.
  • Excellent process mapping and execution skills in a production environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
