As a Business Learning & Development Intern you will…

• Support the internal Learning & Development (L&D) SharePoint platform, ensuring content is current, engaging, and easy to access
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on training participation and completion across the organization
• Provide end‑to‑end support for training coordination and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of learning sessions
• Proactively identify and source new internal learning and development opportunities aligned with business needs
• Create and manage clear, engaging communications related to the internal L&D platform and initiatives
• Support training materials inventory management, including tracking needs and coordinating replenishment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within L&D (e.g., onboarding trackers, automated training completion reports)
• Analyze and report on learning quality and effectiveness, such as participation rates and time spent on learning activities
• Support the team in designing and developing digital learning content and micro‑learning assets
• Coordinate employee surveys and skills assessments, supporting data collection and analysis
