Deine Aufgaben

The . program coordinator facilitates the international assignments of young professionals in French companies abroad (in this case in Akkodis Germany).

The . program coordinator isresponsible for the development of the . program in Akkodis Germany. Specific daily tasks may vary, but a .

program coordinator typically works to ensure a successful experience for both the participants and host companies while adhering to program guidelines and regulations.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

Candidate Selection :

• Reviewing applications from prospective . candidates
• Conducting interviews or assessments to evaluate their suitability for the program
• Collaborating with the hiring managers to finalize candidate selections

Recruitment and HR :

• Communicating with the hiring managers to identify the hiring needs and finding suitable assignments for . participants
• Coordinating the recruitment process, . preparing and posting job offers, creating contracts

Onboarding and Orientation :

• Assisting selected candidates with the necessary paperwork and preparation for the relocation if needed
• Providing orientation and guidance to new . candidates in the company

Monitoring and Compliance :

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each participant
• Ensuring that . participants comply with the program's rules and regulations
• Conducting regular check-ins with . participants to address any concerns or provide support

Communication :

• Serving as the primary point of contact for . participants and the host company
• Facilitating communication between participants, host company and Business France

Program Promotion :

Promoting the . program to potential candidates and hiring managers

Evaluation and Feedback :

Collecting feedback from . participants and host companies to continuously improve the program

Crisis Management :

• Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the assignment of . candidates
• Responding to any emergencies or crises that may affect the . participants

Program Development :

Contributing to the enhancement and growth of the . program by proposing improvements and innovations

Dein Profil

• Fluency in German and English language (and French), as the program involves coordinating with Business France and Akkodis France
• Intermediate knowledge of German language, for better communication with the colleagues in Akkodis Germany
• Deep understanding of the . program, including its regulations, eligibility criteria, and administrative processes
• Prior experience in Recruitment and HR domain
• Experience in program management is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that . participants or the host company may encounter
• Understanding of cultural differences and ability to support participants in adapting to a new job and living environment
