German speaking Legal Staff
A Japanese manufacture is currently recruiting a German speaking Legal Staff to work in their team in Amsterdam.
In this role you will be responsible for managing contracts, providing legal advice, staying updated on laws, conducting research, training staff, communicating with external attorneys, and supporting the legal manager on various projects.
Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.
TYPE : Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS : 40 hours per week, 10 : 00 - 16 : 00 (Core Time)
SALARY : €4,000-5,000 per month, depending on experience
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Amsterdam Zuid BENEFITS : 24+ paid holidays, transportation fee, WFH allowance, Sports gym compensation
German speaking Legal Staff Main Responsibilities :
- Drafting and reviewing contracts (distributorship agreements, non-disclosure agreements and group contracts, etc.)
- Executing and filing timely
- Registration of contracts into the contract management system, creating and updating relevant contract databases
- Giving
- Stay up to date on relevant legislation (Medical device regulation, competition law and corporate law, etc.)
- Legal research on
- Giving explanation, presentation and training (if necessary) to
- Communicating with outside attorneys
- Assisting the legal manager with other legal and compliance projects as assigned
German speaking Legal Staff Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in
- 1+ year of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Higher
- Sound knowledge of contract and corporate law
- Proficient in legal research as well as analytical and logical thinking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to work with others in various regions and different time zones
- Willingness to adapt to the Japanese culture
