Requirements
You have experience (5+ years) in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures and are familiar with the administration of common systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, endpoint management, network management)
You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to actively intervene in the implementation and optimization of IT systems and solutions
You have extensive knowledge in the field of information security (e.g. ISO 27001) and have successfully implemented various IT security solutions
You are highly motivated to reshape healthcare in Germany and ideally already have experience in a practice or hospital environment
You speak German at C1 level and English on a C1 level
Tasks Responsibilities
Design, support and further development of the IT infrastructure at all locations (head office, practices, clinic) with a focus on modern and efficient solutions
Responsibility for IT security and close collaboration with our regulatory team to implement compliance issues
Building an effective team (internal and external) to ensure smooth management of the IT infrastructure
Support the development team in the delivery of digital products and services

Hiring Process
1) Initial Chat (Virtual) : A brief introduction and overview of the role mutual get-to-know each other with HR. Duration approx. 30 minutes.
2) Personal Fit Interview (Virtual) : Assessing cultural and team fit with CTO
3) Case Interview : Onsite, followed by two further interviews focused on technical and strategic aspects. CTO will attend.
4) Decision Offer
