In the role of Senior Data Analyst, you will be working together with business representatives to identify value adding business cases for advanced statistical analytics.
You will be working on exciting and challenging data projects that create real impact for the lotteries and our beneficiary partners.

As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll :
- Find meaning in large datasets in marketing and customer behavior (both online and offline) and can deduce millions of data points into a clear insight.
- Working together with colleagues in five countries and many departments (., marketeers, financial controllers, developers).
- Making impact. You deliver and drive meaningful insights, and you like to present those insights to your various stakeholders.
- You are on top of latest analytics and market developments and eager to take everyone along this journey.
- Creating probability calculations and simulations for our lotteries, games, and television programs. You are our go-to when we are creating a new tv format and we need solid statistics advice.
You’d describe yourself as follows :
- You have completed university education (BSc or higher) with a strong quantitative component
- You have a passion for data and fact-based decision-making and are great with numbers.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to present your findings clearly with good visualizations, and can get stakeholders on board.
- You can be the driving force behind long-term projects, and you deliver useful insights on a regular basis.
- You’re a strong programmer (SQL and R / Python).

About the team :
The Postcode Lottery Group is building an International Analytics Hub to provide our lotteries with the right models, tools, tech and best practices to help realise our growth ambitions.
In the hub you’ll work with the business to identify value-adding business cases for advanced statistical analytics. You’ll work on exciting and challenging BI, data and AI projects that will create real impact for the lotteries and our beneficiary organisations.
This will make you happy :
