We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team in Barcelona and work on an innovative Digital Marketing Ads platform that empowers businesses worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in the German market who can support fast-growing companies, including potential unicorns. You’ll help clients adopt our solutions, strengthen relationships, reduce churn, and uncover opportunities for business expansion and advocacy.

Main Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for new customers, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding them through onboarding and building impactful PPC strategies. You’ll also drive growth through sales initiatives, including :

Reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls to promote advertising solutions.

Identifying business goals to craft personalized strategies.

Designing high-performing campaigns with both short-term results and sustainable growth in mind.

Encouraging increased ad spending and upselling services.

Keeping client databases accurate and up to date.

Handling a large daily volume of client calls.

Your Profile

University degree (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred).

Fluency in German and English at C2 level .

At least 2 years of experience in sales and / or marketing , ideally in client-facing, high-pressure environments.

Independent, results-oriented, and reliable in delivering measurable outcomes.

Experienced in customer success, CRM improvement, and relationship management.

Comfortable using AI-powered tools to personalize campaigns and client interactions.

Strong communicator with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand.

Driven by goals, proactive, and confident in approach.

Effective collaborator who also thrives working independently.

Business-savvy, with analytical skills to identify trends and inform strategy.

Skilled in competitor analysis and market positioning.

Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.

German Market Expertise
