Role Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at Pylontech, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge BESS and inverter technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless integration of our solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the global transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Technical Support : Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pylontech's BESS and inverter systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.​
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.​
• Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary on-site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.​
• Service Solutions : Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.​
• Continuous Improvement : Collect and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service strategies.​
