After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers.
- Coordinate and track all purchase orders with our headquarters in Germany.
- Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents.
- Manage import / export activities within the order processing workflow.
- Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files.
- Take stock and ensure that loan equipment agreements are in order.
- Monitor loan equipment due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Managers and Application Engineers.
- Ensure seamless transfer price documentation to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions.
- Process payments for both Account Receivable and Account Payable.
- Ensure timely payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
- Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively.
- Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs when necessary.
- Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.
Your skills
At least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field.Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.What our employees particularly appreciate
