The Role

SAP Manager

Purpose

The goal of the SAP Manager is to manage a high performing team focused on developing and managing key systems for the organization and control of various business processes.

This position is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the systems as well as the development of the ERP team and the users of the systems.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Defines, designs, develops, prioritizes, and implements systems that are fit for purpose and free from fundamental design flaws with the input from project teams made up of user and technical personnel
• Leads the team of ERP Specialists from a technical perspective and with managerial responsibility including hiring and disciplinary measures, personnel strategies, training, coaching, and performance appraisals achieving departmental goals and excellent team performance
• Translates business objectives into project workstreams with clearly defined scope, objectives, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external key partners to understand business needs, ensures alignment on objectives and ensures ongoing buy in across all ERP project activities
• Supports the system configuration and design to ensure that it is working as designed and as per business requirements
• Drives continuous improvements of established practices, policies, methodologies and processes and manages the associated changes by leveraging best practices, standardization of processes and automation
• Develops and maintains documents on application architecture and configuration ensuring managed systems adhere to applicable regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

Skills Required :

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Finance / Accounting or related education
• Experience in full life cycle ERP (preferred SAP) implementation
• Related working experience in S / 4Hana support environment and / or SAP project implementation
• Strong technical and functional expertise in S / 4Hana, including system maintenance, performance, optimization and support.
• Detailed knowledge of integration points between SAP & Non-SAP Systems.
• Min 6 years' experience in a functional or technical role focusing on FICO, MM, Inventory, PS, Sales and Supply Chain modules
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English to effectively liaise the stakeholders of the region
