ABOUT THE TEAM

As a System Engineer for the Workplace Engineering team you will support operate and extend our tools for Project & Task Management. You will evaluate and implement solutions in the applications provided by our team and support integrating services throughout our organization.

Full stack administration of our Atlassian infrastructure (Jira and Confluence)

Continuously monitor maintain and optimize performance of our tools

Work on the automation of processes and infrastructure

Design develop and test enhancements in alignment with internal business process requirements

Triage and resolve complex support requests reported by users

Create technical documentation and drive operational excellence in the team

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

At least 4 years of recent industry experience as an expert in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Confluence)

A strong sense of ownership analytical thinking excellent communication skills (fluent in written & spoken English is a must) and willingness to share knowledge within and outside the team

Hands-on experience in working with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases

Knowledge in Linux OS server environment

Nice to have :

Good understanding of programming (Python Java / Groovy)

Experience integrating solutions via API
