Own & Scale Campaigns – Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for online stores.
Unlock Growth Potential – Use data-driven insights to scale campaigns profitably .
Be a Client Partner – Work closely with brands to ensure high ROAS, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth .
Innovate & Optimize – Develop compelling ad copies, refine targeting strategies, and test creative solutions.

What’s Required
Google Ads Expertise – 2+ years of experience managing high-budget campaigns (€50,000+ / month) .
E-Commerce Experience – Hands-on experience with Google Ads for online stores .
Agency Background – Previous work in a performance marketing agency (strong advantage).
Analytical & Creative Mindset – Strong ability to analyze campaign data and create engaging ad strategies .
Languages : German (Native or C2), English (B2+).
