Your role

Derive structure and prioritize user stories while managing the backlog effectively

Coordinate interdisciplinary and crossfunctional teams for the implementation of new features in online refraction solutions

Guide and instruct the Development Team managing technical dependencies to ensure smooth progress

Ensure all software releases are bugfree and meet customer expectations with a focus on ontime delivery of the committed scope

Maintain close alignment with the head of the digital measurement platform regarding feature priorities product strategy and the technological roadmap

Stay updated on trends and advancements in refraction technology to inform product development

Realize new ideas and provide creative solutions to existing challenges in product development

Oversee postlaunch product performance ensuring compliance with industry standards conducting regular reviews and recommending corrective actions to improve processes

Your profile

Successfully completed masters / diploma degree in the field of vision science / optometry / medical engineering / computer science / business informatics or a relevant adjacent subject. Ph.D. will be appreciated

Proven record of selfdriven / autonomous agile product ownership throughout the entire product lifecycle including crossfunctional collaboration in an international setup experience in medical device development is a plus

Expertise in driving innovations related to optometry / vision science and digital technologies

Analytical and datadriven mindset with a good understanding of customer & consumer needs

High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments

Fluent verbal and written communication in English
